We want our customers to be fully satisfied with every item purchased from Furniture Mart. Our goal is to make an exchange or refund as fair and easy as possible.
With the original sales receipt, returns are accepted within 5 days from date of purchase. The item must be returned in its original packaging and with all accompanying manuals, parts and accessories. A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to all equipment returns.
Returned items are refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original method of payment. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original delivery & return pick-up handling charges.
All sales are considered final on the following items which are not returnable:
Sofa set, Mattress set, clearance items, floor samples, discontinued items, Accessories must be returned in their unopened, original packaging to receive a refund.
We reserve the Right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.
A pick-up fee, equal to the original delivery fee, will be charged if the merchandise being returned needs to be picked up from your home. The initial delivery fee is not refundable. Refunds by credit card take at least 5 business days to post to your account.
If you cancel your order prior to delivery or pick-up for any reason, or cancel specific items from your order, then you will be charged a 20% cancellation fee on the items that were cancelled. If you do not take possession of your furniture within 2 weeks of purchase, your order will be cancelled and a 20% cancellation fee will be charged.
